Return and Refund policy

As a small business, we utilize print-on-demand to manufacture our products. This means we are unable to accept returns on the following:

Wrong size ordered
Buyer's remorse
Minor print placement variations within standard tolerance

Returns & Exchanges

Things we can take care of and guarantee replacements/returns for:

Damaged
Defective
Misprinted or misaligned
Incorrect from what was ordered

Please provide photo evidence so that we can swiftly pass it on our our production partners.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing

Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. Please note that some of our clothing is "Pre-shrunk 100% ring-spun US cotton". Meaning these clothes have a chance to run slightly smaller than a typical size. Please consider reviewing our sizing charts before ordering.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after they are placed, requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
